Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and approved. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We reserve the right to delay processing if additional verification is required for billing, payment, address accuracy, or fraud prevention.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed.
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, destination, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipment confirmation email or other notification containing tracking information, if available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear or update. We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in carrier tracking systems.
Shipping Areas

Incorrect Addresses
Core Elegance is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Core Elegance is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly first. You may also contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at empireelectrical.ser@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so that we can review the issue and make it right where appropriate.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, item size, or fulfillment location. If this occurs, you may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.
Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is on pre-order, backorder, or temporarily unavailable, shipping may be delayed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for an out-of-stock item or unavailable product at our discretion.
International Shipping
